How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email that was given at checkout. Please contact us if you have not received it within 24 hours of making your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship domestically. We'll be announcing on our website and social media when international shipping is available.
How long does shipping take once an order is placed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on where you're located.
I put in the wrong address, can I change it?
If the 24 hour mark hasn't passed, reach out to us at help@shopfitandfearless.com
Orders cannot be changed once the 24 hours have passed since placing it.
What is the refund policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the order number for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and taxes.
Any items sent without requesting a return will be returned to sender.
I received a damaged item, what can I do?
Once you have received your order and find that it is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to help you.
There is a 15-day grace period from when you receive your order to make any defective/damaged claims, all items must have original packaging and tags included to be able to start a refund/exchange.
